If you want to help, here is a (growing) list of ways that you can help Ukrainian people through donations and\/ or actions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>A simple way to help <a href=\"https:\/\/uahelp.monobank.ua\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">the Ukrainian army<\/span><\/a> <\/strong>&#8211; this help is really needed right now<span style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Calling all Designers!<strong> <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/uxmag.com\/articles\/help-designers-united-for-ukraine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Designers United For Ukraine<\/span><\/a> is collecting names of designers and businesses interested in helping<strong> <\/strong>and\/or hiring displaced Ukrainian designers to reach safety and continue to work..<strong>. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/savelife.in.ua\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">The Return Alive Foundation<\/span> <\/a>fights disinformation and cyber-attacks and focuses on helping Ukrainian soldiers, among other initiatives<a href=\"https:\/\/savelife.in.ua\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">.<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A special fundraising account was created by the National Bank of Ukraine specifically to support Ukraine\u2019s Armed Forces &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3BSQoyv\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">https:\/\/bit.ly\/3BSQoyv<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/The International Rescue Comittee (founded by Albert Einstein) is rushing critical aid to displaced families as Russia invades Ukraine and civilians seek safety. Help them support families affected by the Ukraine crisis. https:\/\/www.rescue.org\/article\/ukraine-russia-crisis-what-happening\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">The International Rescue Comittee<\/span><\/a> (founded by Albert Einstein) is rushing critical aid to displ<strong>aced families<\/strong> as Russia invades Ukraine and civilians seek safety. Help them support families affected by the Ukraine crisis. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Catholic Releif Services: <a href=\"https:\/\/support.crs.org\/donate\/donate-ukraine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">https:\/\/support.crs.org\/donate\/donate-ukraine<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/complicated.life\/en\/ukraine?fbclid=IwAR2HETvRTzFSTYtLX2Yi4oL4u2c9ey6HI8jFM7Lw9zAxdRRGJnAm8r31Onc\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">T<\/span><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/complicated.life\/en\/ukraine?fbclid=IwAR2HETvRTzFSTYtLX2Yi4oL4u2c9ey6HI8jFM7Lw9zAxdRRGJnAm8r31Onc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">herapysts for Ukraine <\/span><\/a>&#8211; Ukrainians get four therapy sessions (usually 45-50 minutes) free of charge. Please note that most of them speak English, and not Ukrainian! <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/instagram.com\/9_zhizney_helptoanimals\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">An animal shelter near Kyiv<\/span><\/a> with a devoted team that won\u2019t abandon the animals they care for and needs financial support, supplies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/redcross.org.ua\/en\/2022\/02\/donate-to-support-the-ukrainian-red-cross-to-help-civilians-in-this-difficult-time-for-ukraine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Ukrainian Red Cross<\/span><\/a> is helping with on-site first aid and medical services.<meta charset=\"utf-8\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The<span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"> <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gofundme.com\/f\/kyivindependent-launch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Kyiv Independent<\/span><\/a> is covering the conflict from within the conflict zone and is fundraising to continue coverage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/voices.org.ua\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Voices of Children<\/span><\/a> provides emergency psychological assistance to Ukrainian children impacted by the war.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/donate\/507886070680475\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Sunflower of Peace<\/span><\/a> prepares first aid tactical backpacks for paramedics and doctors on the ground.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/secure.wfpusa.org\/donate\/ukraineconflict-ref?ms=UkraineConflict_REF_MEDIA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">United Nations World Food Programme<\/span><\/a> is on the ground delivering food to people who are fleeing the war.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/donate.wck.org\/give\/236738\/#!\/donation\/checkout\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">World Central Chef Relief Team<\/span><\/a><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"> <\/span>provides meals in Poland for incoming refugees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/vostok-sos.org\/en\/ukraine-under-fire-support-vostok-sos-aid-operation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Vostok-SOS<\/span><\/a> hotlines are helping people evacuate, and are providing humanitarian aid and in Poland, Moldova, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/donate\/337101825010055\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">United Help Ukraine<\/span><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/RazomForUkraine\/fundraisers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Razom for Ukraine<\/span><\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/hospitallers\/posts\/2953630548255167\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Hospitallers<\/span><\/a> are providing on-site medical care and trauma kits to medical professionals on the ground in the conflict
